Privacy of the Contact Us form

We collect the name you indicate, the email address, the reason for contact, the message and the record of your confirmations, with the date and version of the accepted texts. We use them to receive, read and manage the request and, where necessary, to respond to you. The message is not published on the site nor read on the radio, and does not entail subscription to newsletters.

To manage the message data, we ask for your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR and, where applicable, EU GDPR. Name, email, reason, message and marked confirmations are necessary to use this form. You can choose not to send them; this does not limit listening or access to free content. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to us, without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.

Acceptance of the site terms is separate from privacy consent and does not authorise further uses of the data.

A prayer intention or personal account may reveal religious beliefs or health information. If you choose to communicate this data, we ask for your separate explicit consent, under Article 9(2)(a), exclusively to manage the request. For the reason 'Prayer request', this confirmation is necessary.

A simple request is sufficient: avoid diagnoses, documents, surnames and details that identify other people. Do not send special categories of data of third parties. Do not send credentials or payment data. You can request deletion of the intention and withdraw consent by writing to Show privacy email.

The form uses a control field not intended for completion, limits on the frequency of submissions and Cloudflare Turnstile. To verify that the request is not automated, Cloudflare may process IP address, browser information and other technical security signals; the server receives and validates a verification token. TV Pater does not use the Turnstile token for advertising profiling or audience statistics.

Abuse prevention is based on the legitimate interest in the security and integrity of the service, Article 6(1)(f). The form's technical counters are time-limited; for logs and infrastructure processing, refer to the Site Privacy and the Cloudflare Privacy.

Messages are accessible to the management and any authorised persons responsible for their administration. The site uses the Sites hosting infrastructure and the Cloudflare D1 database; any response by email uses the data controller’s email service. For roles, services and international transfers, please also consult the site’s Privacy Policy. We do not sell messages or use them for advertising.

The inbox retains messages and related confirmations for a maximum of 90 days; expired items are no longer viewable and are deleted at the next operation on the form, the inbox or the export. Management may delete them earlier. The copy of the accepted notices, excluding the message content, remains in the editions register. Any exported copies and subsequent correspondence must be handled by the data controller in accordance with the purposes of the request and applicable obligations.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data; you may object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consents. Write to Show privacy email, indicating, where possible, the reference received upon submission. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and, where applicable, with the supervisory authority in your place of residence in the EU. We do not take automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on messages; anti-spam checks may prevent a submission, in which case the email contact remains available.
