TV Pater Limited provides prayer search, texts, reflections, collections, links and radio listening. No registration is required to browse or listen. These terms govern the use of the service; they do not condition reading on a donation and do not replace privacy consent.

You may read, listen and share links to pages. To reproduce texts, images or recordings, consult the rights policy and the instructions for individual content. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, unauthorised access, malware distribution or automated requests that compromise functionality. Uses and exceptions provided by law remain reserved.
Search and spiritual content
Results depend on matching titles, keywords and editorial links. Correlations suggest reading paths: they do not evaluate the user’s faith and do not constitute personal advice. Prayer and formation texts do not replace medical or psychological assistance, emergency services, sacraments or individual pastoral care. New compositions and Italian translations are not presented as official liturgical texts.
Availability and changes
We maintain the service and correct reported issues, but connection, maintenance and external providers may affect availability. We may update or withdraw content for editorial, technical or rights-related reasons. Scheduling information should be read together with any notices regarding the programme schedule. A level of continuity typical of an emergency service is not promised.
External services and support
Players, videos, payments and external destinations have their own functions and terms. TV Pater is responsible for its own choices, content and applicable obligations; providers are responsible for their respective services. The support terms explain the relationship with Donorbox. The presence of a link does not guarantee all future content on the destination site.
Liability and non-excludable rights
No clause excludes liability that the law prohibits from being excluded, including liability for fraud and, where provided, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Non-excludable consumer rights and personal data protection remain intact. Liability is assessed in relation to conduct, damage and applicable law, without general exemptions in favour of TV Pater.
Governing law and disputes
The law of England and Wales applies, without depriving the consumer of the non-excludable protections of their country of habitual residence where applicable. Changes to terms

Browsing does not require payment or an account. Donations are reserved for adults. Connection costs depend on your operator. Refusing optional services does not incur penalties nor limit reading and radio access.
Chapels and virtual candles
The site includes free chapels with persistent virtual candles and optional thoughts. An email address is not required. Community visibility is subject to moderation. Worldwide radio directory
The Catholic Radio directory collects independent editorial profiles based on public sources and official links. The presence of a broadcaster does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or approval of all its content. Streams, frequencies and availability may change; when the browser connects to an external player or stream, the terms and notices of the relevant provider also apply.
Proposals and corrections sent via Suggest a radio station are subject to the Terms for reporting a radio. No submission determines automatic publication or a right to a position in the directory.
Directory of Catholic sites and reports
The directory distinguishes between external sites, editorial reviews, and historical resources. Entries may be updated, withdrawn, or corrected following verification. Submitting a report is voluntary, does not guarantee publication, and does not require a backlink to Radio TV Pater.
