1. Who can submit a report
The form is intended for adults. A radio station may be proposed by the manager or publisher of the broadcaster, a collaborator, a diocese or other ecclesial entity, a listener, or another person who has verifiable information. Declaring a role that you do not hold or impersonating the broadcaster is not permitted.
2. No automatic publication
The report is a proposal to the editorial team. It does not create a right to inclusion, permanence, a specific position in the directory, or publication within a set timeframe. Radio TV Pater may verify, correct, summarise, supplement, refuse, or remove an entry according to editorial, technical, security, and source reliability criteria.
3. Accuracy and sources
Provide information that you believe to be correct and up to date, and prefer official sources from the broadcaster, diocese, institute, network, or responsible organisation. Do not present a stream, logo, frequency, or link as official if you do not know its origin. If you report a correction, explain in the notes which data needs to be verified.
To facilitate verification, you may also indicate the call sign, year of foundation, publishing body, diocese or institute, schedule, app, official contact details, and social media profiles. These fields remain optional unless otherwise indicated in the form and must come from reliable sources.
4. Content, rights, and links
You may submit facts, web addresses, and brief information useful for verification. Do not send texts, images, logos, or recordings that you do not have the right to share. Submission does not transfer intellectual property of the broadcaster or the reporter to TV Pater. The editorial team may use verified factual data and create its own original description of the radio station, linking relevant public sources and services.
5. Independent directory
Inclusion in the catalogue does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, ecclesiastical approval by Radio TV Pater, or recommendation of any future content of the broadcaster. Inclusion and editorial order are not purchasable through this form. Any commercial or promotional relationships, if introduced in the future, must be separate and clearly identified.
6. Streams, frequencies, and availability
Streams, players, frequencies, and external services may change or be unreachable in certain countries or on certain devices. Radio TV Pater may link to or play a stream only when there is an adequate technical and editorial basis, and may replace direct listening with a link to the official player. Information on reception must be verified with the broadcaster.
7. Corrections and removals
Managers, representatives, and users may propose corrections through the same form or via Contact Us. A modification request is not automatically accepted: we verify the identity of the requester, the source, and the nature of the data. The rights provided by law remain applicable, including those relating to personal data, trademarks, copyright, and other rights.
8. General terms
The Site Terms also apply to the use of the site. The processing of the reporter's data is described in the Radio reporting privacy notice. No clause limits rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
