Manage your donation
Your support is always voluntary. Here is how to pause or cancel recurring donations, adjust your giving, update payment details and retrieve receipts safely.
This opens the official Donorbox portal. Use the email address from your donation.

Cancel or pause a recurring donation
For recurring gifts managed through the Donor Portal, these steps work on mobile, tablet and desktop.

Sign in
Open Donorbox using the email address from your donation. If you did not activate an account, use the password-reset link. Recurring donors normally receive an invitation to set up an account.

Locate your recurring plan
Open “Recurring Plans” and select the Radio TV Pater plan. If you support multiple organizations, double-check the organization, amount and frequency.

Choose the correct action
Use “Cancel this Plan” to stop future charges or “Pause this Plan” to suspend them temporarily, where supported, and confirm the action.

Check the result
Make sure the plan status has changed and keep any confirmation. If your next payment is close, act promptly and contact us if the status is unclear.
Special instructions for PayPal
Newer PayPal Express recurring donations can generally be managed inside Donorbox. Older PayPal Standard/Classic recurring plans must instead be managed through your PayPal account. In PayPal, go to Settings → Payments → Automatic payments (or Subscriptions and saved businesses), select the relevant merchant and cancel the authorization. For legacy PayPal guest plans without a donor PayPal account, contact us, as an organization administrator may need to cancel the agreement through the organization’s PayPal account.

Open your recurring plan in Donorbox. Depending on the payment integration, you can update the amount, next payment date or authorized payment method, or pause and resume the plan. Available controls vary. Never send payment-card details by email if the option is missing; contact us for help.

The Donor Portal “Donations” section lets you review transactions and available receipts. Donorbox normally emails a receipt after each successful donation; check your spam folder too. A one-time gift does not, by itself, create a recurring charge. If a receipt is missing, contact us so we can help identify the payment or request another copy.
Request a refund
Cancelling a recurring plan stops future payments but does not automatically refund past donations. If you believe you made a mistake or see an unexpected charge, contact us promptly with your donation email, date and amount. We will review the request using the available Donorbox, Stripe or PayPal procedures. We cannot promise that every transaction is automatically refundable. If you believe a payment was unauthorized, you may also contact your payment provider.

TV PATER LIMITED is responsible for its fundraising campaign and handling donor enquiries. Donorbox hosts the donation form and donor account, while Stripe and PayPal process payments where used. Radio TV Pater does not store full card numbers on this website or change payment credentials through this page. However, when provider controls permit, we can help verify, pause or cancel a recurring plan. We will not simply send you away without assistance.
Privacy and erasure requests
Cancelling a donation plan is different from closing your Donorbox account or deleting transaction records. You can request access, correction or erasure of your personal data using our privacy form; some transaction records may have to be retained by law. You can also manage your Donorbox profile directly in the donor portal.
Frequently asked questions
Will another payment be taken after cancellation?
A cancellation that has actually been confirmed should prevent future recurring charges. Payments already processed or underway may require separate review. Check the donor portal and contact us if anything appears wrong.
Does closing my Donorbox account cancel my plan?
Always cancel and check the recurring plan explicitly before closing your donor account. Cancelling a plan does not itself close an account, and your history may remain accessible.
Can Radio TV Pater cancel the plan for me?
You can request our assistance. Once the donation is identified, we can check available tools in the organization account. Some integrations require a separate PayPal action. We only confirm steps that have actually been completed.
Was my donation one-time or recurring?
Check the receipt and “Recurring Plans” in the Donor Portal. A one-time gift does not normally involve automatic future payments.
