Scope and objective
This page concerns radiotvpater.com and the web pages of the associated legal centre opened within the app. TV PATER LIMITED works to make reading, searching, and listening accessible, using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the technical objective. The app’s native features and other sites require their own checks. The reading panel is an additional aid and does not constitute a certification of compliance.
Reading preferences
Open “Accessibility” from the always-available button or from the bottom of the site. You can enlarge the text up to 200%, increase contrast and spacing, underline links, choose a simple font, and reduce animations. The site also respects the device preference to reduce motion. “Reset settings” cancels customisations.
Choices are remembered exclusively in the browser for 180 days from the last modification. They do not require an account, are not sent to our database, and do not collect diagnoses or disability profiles. Details are in the local technologies policy.
Keyboard and assistive technologies
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls. The “Skip to content” link allows you to reach the main content. Enter activates links; Enter or Space activates buttons. The panel maintains navigation within itself: press Esc to close it and return to the opening control. The player volume is adjustable with the arrow keys when the cursor has focus. Browser zoom and device assistive technologies remain available.
Status of checks and limitations
Improvements to readability, focus indication, and accessible names for controls have been introduced. An assessment of all WCAG criteria across all pages and assistive technologies has not been completed: we therefore do not declare full compliance of the service. We continue with checks and corrections on the main pathways.
Not all audio and video content has transcripts or subtitles. The radio stream, the Donorbox form, and other external components require specific checks, including interactions after loading. The presence of an external provider does not eliminate our commitment to seek an accessible alternative. A complete check of the native app is not included in the interventions on the site.
Reports and accessible alternatives
Write to to report a barrier or request information in an accessible format. Indicate the page or content, the operation you wish to perform, and your preferred response format. Device, browser, and assistive technology are useful if you wish to provide them; you do not need to communicate a diagnosis. We examine requests to provide assistance and prioritise corrections.
References
The technical reference is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2. Regulatory obligations depend on the entity, the service, and the territorial scope: this page does not assume that a panel alone satisfies such obligations and does not declare unverified exemptions.
Reading and navigation tools
The floating 'Accessibility' button opens the settings: text size from 100% to 200%, adjustable line height and spacing, original or high contrast light and dark, simple font, highlighting of links and headings, paragraph alignment, reduced motion, hidden content images, large pointer and reading guide. The panel index allows you to reach the headings present on the page.
The quick settings 'Comfortable reading', 'Fewer distractions' and 'High visibility' apply modifiable combinations: they do not represent diagnoses or health profiles. The controls operate on the site's pages and not on the internal content of iframes from other services. The panel integrates, without replacing them, the zoom, screen reader and other assistive technologies of the device; it does not constitute a certification of compliance.
Your choices are saved only on your device after a change you make, in the localStorage pater-accessibility-v1, for 180 days from the last modification. 'Reset all' deletes the stored settings. The expiry is checked when the site is running; no external service receives your preferences.
