TV PATER LIMITED · ICO registration: ZA899881
1. Your choice
The banner offers “Reject optional”, “Accept all” and “Customise”. All optional categories are initially disabled. Scrolling, closing a window or continuing does not constitute consent. You can change your choice at any time from “Privacy preferences”, even after having accepted. Reading, search and radio remain available upon rejection.
Registration concerns the browser used. The choice lasts for 180 days; a substantial new edition of the services requires a new choice. If saving an authorisation fails, the optional service is not activated; a rejection or withdrawal is applied locally even when the registry is unreachable.
The “Privacy, cookies and external services” panel distinguishes between Necessary, External multimedia content and Donation services. You can separately authorise YouTube and Spreaker multimedia content and the Donorbox form. The categories describe the functions; they do not automatically turn all cookies from a provider into necessary ones.
2. Necessary technologies
- pater-consent-v1: cookie on our domain. Contains options, text edition, date and random references of the choice and browser. Duration 180 days; transmitted in requests to the site, without advertising use.
- __cf_bm: Cloudflare cookie detected on the site domain, to distinguish human and automated traffic and protect the service. Observed duration: 30 minutes. It is protected by Secure and HttpOnly.
- Cloudflare controls: may perform JavaScript security checks. The provider’s documentation also describes cf_clearance for the outcomes of checks; we do not present it as a cookie detected on every visit.
- Technical session storage: the navigation system may use __vinext_hard_navigation_target__ and __vinext_rsc_initial_reload__ to avoid reload cycles. These are not analytics.
Strictly necessary functions do not have a consent checkbox. Cookies from the private area and administrative authentication only serve to enable access and security, not to register listener accounts.
3. Accessibility preferences
pater-accessibility-v1 stores in localStorage the reading settings you request: text size, contrast, spacing, underlining, font and reduced motion. It contains no diagnoses and is not transmitted to the database. It lasts 180 days from the last modification; the code removes the expired choice at the next opening. “Reset all” deletes it before expiry.
5. External multimedia content · YouTube and Spreaker
This category includes YouTube videos and Spreaker podcasts that may be embedded in the site’s pages. The choice “YouTube videos and Spreaker podcasts” authorises both providers, when present. Players remain locked before consent and are removed upon withdrawal. Alternatively, you can open the content on the provider’s site, subject to its notice.
Google/YouTube receives IP, browser data and usage information and may use technologies for operation, measurement, personalisation and advertising. The youtube-nocookie.com address does not make viewing anonymous. Please refer to Google privacy and Google cookie information.
Spreaker provides the player and podcast audio. Loading communicates technical data and content-related requests to the provider; it may involve cookies or other technologies for playback, statistics, security and advertising. Details and sources are reported in section 10 and in the inventory.
The choice also applies to episodes added subsequently with these same services and purposes: it is not requested for every new video or podcast. Substantial changes to providers or purposes result in an update of the notice and, where necessary, a new choice.
6. Donation services · Donorbox
Donorbox has a separate choice in the “Donation services” category. Rejecting YouTube and Spreaker content does not prevent authorising the form to donate, and vice versa.
“Consent and load Donorbox” authorises the TV Pater campaign form and the resources that compose it. The verification of 15 September 2026 detected Donorbox code, Stripe, PayPal, FingerprintJS from jsDelivr, Inter fonts from rsms.me and reCAPTCHA/hCaptcha verification components. Preliminary references to Google, Double the Donation and jspm.dev were also detected; a reference alone does not prove that every service is actually used.
The form may read browser and device characteristics for its own verifications and use technical identifiers. The absence of a cookie does not exclude processing via fingerprinting. The mere appearance of the form does not charge amounts: a donation requires confirmation of the transaction. Consent to loading does not subscribe to marketing.
Notices of main services: Donorbox, Stripe, PayPal, Google and hCaptcha. You can avoid the embedded form and reach the campaign directly from the external link.
7. Radio, fonts and shares
RadioKing streaming starts upon a listening request. Updating live stream information uses a site endpoint. The main characters are hosted on our domain; the donation form fonts belong to its resource set. We have not integrated Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Countly, or proprietary advertising pixels into the site.
The sharing commands allow you to open WhatsApp, Telegram, the email application, or the device’s sharing menu. The site prepares the page title and public link: the chosen service opens only when you request it. We do not load social widgets to display these commands. Upon opening, the provider may receive technical data and the prepared text or link; sending to the recipient requires your confirmation within the service. We do not access the contact list nor do we know the chosen recipient.
Consult the privacy policies of WhatsApp (for the European Economic Area: EEA privacy policy) and Telegram. For email and other apps selected from the device menu, the respective provider’s privacy policy applies. “Copy link” writes the link to the device clipboard without sending it to WhatsApp or Telegram.
In the radio directory, the local key pater:catholic-radio-favs:v1 stores exclusively the identifiers of the stations you choose to add to Favourites. The data remains in the browser’s localStorage, is not synchronised with an account, and is not sent to our database. It is written only when you use the Favourites command and can be removed by taking stations out of Favourites or by clearing the site data.
8. Receipts and withdrawal
We record every choice, including refusal and withdrawal, with the server time, categories, point of choice, edition, and random references. The private log does not contain name, email, or IP. We retain events for 365 days in accordance with the methods indicated in the site privacy policy; the associated standard texts remain in the archive.
Withdrawal removes external components and prevents new loads from the site. It does not delete cookies or data already set on other providers’ domains: you can remove them from your browser settings or manage them with those services. It does not cancel a Donorbox recurring donation. Web preferences do not control native GoodBarber notifications or statistics.
9. Inventory and controls
The inventory, updated on 21 September 2026, separates technologies verified in the code, technical observations from 15 September, and cookies described in providers’ official sources. For each entry, the function, known duration, and type of response are indicated. An entry documented by a provider does not demonstrate that the cookie is present on our site or in your browser.
The tables include the site’s own technologies and a selection of cookies documented for YouTube and Stripe, which is involved in the Donorbox module, and a dedicated entry for the player and Spreaker audio requests. We do not indicate unverified deadlines. Provider cookies and resources may vary depending on the browser, account, playback, and payment method. This page does not constitute a complete scan of external subframes.
10. Spreaker podcasts on the site and in the app
Spreaker is included in the “External multimedia content” category for podcasts embedded in the site, even when published subsequently. The player is loaded only after the relevant authorisation. A Spreaker player is not loaded simply because you have consented: the content must be present on the page.
Spreaker documents the receipt of the IP in audio requests, including via RSS, for statistics, deduplication, anti-fraud, and geographic advertising; it indicates six months for web logs with IP. This time refers to the logs, not the duration of the cookies. Sources: technical information and Spreaker privacy. We do not assign names or deadlines to player cookies that have not been identified.
Site choices are not automatically transferred to native GoodBarber players or to sites opened separately. For podcasts in the app, consult the app privacy policy.
Inventory and consent status
On this page, you can review the status of the choice saved in the browser, the date, its reference, and the authorised categories, and modify it via the “Modify consent” button. The choice applies to the domain being visited: it is not automatically synchronised with other domains or devices. If the save is not confirmed, the summary indicates this and new authorisations are not activated.
The “Cookies and technologies used” table reports the inventory updated on 21 September 2026, distinguishing observations in the site’s responses, verifications of conditional component code, and provider documentation. It is not a real-time scan of the device, nor a complete inventory of external subframes. We do not collect new visitor data to populate this table.
Cloudflare Turnstile and anti-spam controls
The Contact Us form and the “Suggest a radio station” form use Cloudflare Turnstile, together with rate limits and server controls, to prevent automated submissions and abuse. Turnstile may process the IP address, browser information, and technical signals necessary to evaluate the request. The token is verified by the server and is not used by TV Pater for advertising or audience profiling.
The Donorbox module is an external service and may use its own anti-fraud and CAPTCHA systems when loaded after the relevant authorisation. For details, consult the Cloudflare privacy policy and the privacy policies of the providers indicated in the Donorbox section.
Modify or withdraw consent
To modify or revoke consent, open 'Modify or revoke consent' in the footer, or 'Privacy preferences'. In the panel, you can deactivate a category and press 'Save selection', or use 'Revoke all optional consents'. You can continue to read and listen to the radio. The revocation applies to this browser and domain; it does not cancel recurring donations, does not delete data already received from third parties and does not modify the app's native settings.
Chapels and virtual candles
When you choose to light or manage a candle, we use the technical cookie pater_candles. It contains a random identifier, is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS, and can last up to 400 days, within the limits imposed by the browser. It is used exclusively to recognise candles created by that browser and to allow them to be modified or deleted. It is not used for advertising, profiling or marketing. The public candle service does not require an email address.
CAPTCHA: site and external form checks
The site does not directly integrate Google reCAPTCHA into the Contact Us form: it uses Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side anti-spam checks, described in the contact privacy policy. The external Donorbox form, however, has its own protections: Donorbox documents the use of reCAPTCHA v3 in its donation forms. The technology actually loaded may depend on the provider's configuration and checks; this information is not a real-time detection of your device.
When present in the form, such resources are loaded together with Donorbox only after authorisation of the embedded form. Notices: Donorbox, Google and hCaptcha; for reCAPTCHA, also the Google terms. Source on the service: Donorbox form protections. Opening the campaign on the external site applies the choices and notices of that site.
Embedded widgets and radio listening
The radio widget does not set its own cookies, localStorage or persistent preferences and does not load the stream automatically. Its theme and language depend on the embed configuration and controls used during the visit. Cloudflare may use cookies strictly necessary for security, including __cf_bm and, where applicable, cf_clearance; actual use depends on the configuration and browser. These documented examples do not establish that every cookie is present in every widget.
Play requests audio and sends connection data, including the IP address, to the radio server. No cookie checkbox is required for the direct stream and no receipt is created for each listening session. However, we do not automatically consider all a provider’s technologies necessary.
The website and widgets use the Radio TV Pater audio player; the DOMRADIO web player is not embedded. The website banner covers the actual optional categories YouTube/Spreaker and Donorbox. A link to a broadcaster’s official website does not load its player within our page.
The private register retains any original receipts for the retired external integration until their 365-day expiry. No new choices are collected for that player. The website embedding the widget manages its own technologies and privacy choices separately.
Technical access for the EU representative
The restricted EU representative area uses the technical cookie pater_eu_session, containing a random identifier, with HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict and Secure on HTTPS, for a one-hour session. The email one-time code lasts 10 minutes and has attempt limits. The cookie, codes and sessions support requested access, not advertising or audience measurement. Expired sessions and codes are removed at the next cleanup. Signing requires recent verification and separate acceptance: signing in alone does not sign the mandate. The public Privacy request form requires no optional cookies and uses Turnstile when submitted.
